Drop Down Custom Field
Pick boxes when there can only be a certain number of choices, force user to pick one instead of putting something in that doesn't make sense.

This is not a drill: You can now add Drop Down style custom fields for Contacts, Jobs, and Work Orders! Just head to Settings > Contact/Job/Work Order Fields tab(s) and choose “Options List” to get started.

It would be extremely beneficial for productivity and accuracy to be able to create custom fields with customizable drop down lists. Good example: Insurance companies. Or shingle colors. One huge benefit of a CRM is consistent data entry. Have 5 people spell Travelers, Traveler, Traveler's ... you get the idea. So if I want to search for Customers who had Travelers, I'll only get a subset because of all the mis-spellings.

A multi-select category when adding fields to Contacts and Jobs...and eventually Tasks as well if and when task field editing becomes available.
