    i would love to be able to color coordinate based on specific information on a job. Before, I would color coordinate jobs based on location, specific roofing material (tiles,metal,shingle, etc) I would put certain jobs in red when i knew they could not be moved. I used a certain color for skylights and solar panels. just be using different colors helped me know before scheduling the job that it was more complicated, or there were certain things to remind myself to double check the work order.

    Currently you can custom create your job numbers on the fly and you can set the next sequential number for your estimates, invoices, work orders, etc, though if you create a second one on the same job, or create a new job before creating a work order then the sequence can be lost.

    We will definitely consider this going forward.

  4. Create a map that would display all customers and jobs, which would be differentiated by each sales rep

    This is a great idea. Would love to see it implemented. I also agree with ditching mapquest & switching to google maps. Haven't used mapquest in like 10 years.
