Import, Export, and Bulk Edit Products & Services
It would be helpful to be able to bulk/batch edit Products & Services, as well as the ability to download a CSV to edit and reimport.

How is it that the products & services page hasn't been updated in how many years? It's lacking basic functions like filtering by location, adding an image, or exporting the list. Or a global markup feature. These are basic features that control a very critical component of businesses. This is a page that gets a lot of usage from users and yet it's the least improved. Sad

Features like this rate up there with addresses still not able to auto-populate when entering Contacts and Jobs, and nearly as important as being able to have a product catalog/library itself. With the recent addition of SumoQuote, the ability to export, import, bulk edit, etc. is now even more important for users who create estimates inside JobNimbus. With the "Legacy" estimate, the fact products from the Products & Services library/catalog didn't communicate with estimate templates killed the interest in creating multiple templates just due to more than double work of updating a price here, then going to the template, then never mind if found a miss-spelled word and have to go through the same back-and-forth. With the NSE/SumoQuote estimate templates now able to directly update from changes in Product & Services, I know our company is planning on creating more templates for consistency, which will also equate to likely additional items in Products & Services, so please find a way to implement the ability to export and import the Products & Services library/catalog of items, from within JobNimbus without any special work arounds which sounds like some found by utilizing Quickbooks. It'd be interesting to do a poll on how many business owners feel resources would be better spent on features like the one this Post is for, address auto-population, page break designations on NSE estimates, email integration, photo editing through web browser, etc., than the Peak Performance report, JNSS2025, and other "improve your (fill in the blank)" bits. Definitley not saying those aren't or can't be helpful or insightful, but at some point even a mass update on some of the more popular voted on Post would go a long way.

JN is there a timeline update on this? When I was at the Crew event in October of 2022 the developers had me test out an early function of this...what happened?

How it this not happening yet? 201 votes and nothing at this point? I am sure we all can agree including the programmers at Jobnimbus that this is a very basic function and an absolute must!
I must say I was confident that this message/request board was a way to get request answered and now I am not so sure. 201 votes and this is not done. How many requests are needed for there to be some follow up. Is anyone reviewing this tab? The task to update and or add new products/Services is a daunting one causing countless hours of unnecessary time invested bc. this option is not there.
Import/Export ability PLEASE. -

PLEASE ALLOW US TO IMPORT/EXPORT PRODUCTS/SERVICES VIA SPREADSHEET. I THINK I'VE LOST 2-3 YEARS OF MY LIFE MANUALLY CHANGING THE PRICES OR UPDATING PRODUCTS.

This is the most important feature that needs to be added!

I would like to be able to update prices and upload new products & services from a spreadsheet. It's very time consuming to input products one at a time.

Allow importing and exporting of items to Products & Services via .csv or other spreadsheet format.

This seems like a simple coding job that would bring immense value to us users. Especially with the constant pricing increases we are seeing in our industry.
It would also be great to have the ability to add a general price increase option base on percentage. For instance, have a area that we can add an additonal price % to all products without having to do each item

"Started" via Adam Keys in 2021, backed to "Planned" in 2022. Don't get us users wrong, we do like most of the new tools, but this SIMPLE add should have been done in 2014.

When we import estimates from Xactimate, we have issues with the estimates syncing to QBO because the products and services don't exist. It would be beneficial if the products were auto-created in JN or if there was an option to import products and services directly from Xactimate to avoid this issue.

OR ... even if you could just edit the product/services from the overview page, without having to use a pop-up window that would be amazing! *FULL QUICKBOOKS ONLINE SYNC CRITICAL*

Only going thru products and services line by line is cumbersome and prone to mistakes. Adding API or CSV imports can assist with this and help automate the process.

You can do this. You need to use QBO (Quickbooks Online)
There an upload, choice between a CSV file or Google Sheet.
Syncs to QBO, then use the Quickbooks Plugin within JN to sync and pull it all over from QBO in JNI actually just did this for all my labor and material items.
You just need to set it up right. You should set up a meeting with a Customer Success Manger and they can walk you though it.

Being able to bulk-edit or import/export Products and Services would make us far more efficient than the way they are entered now. One at a time takes too long when a spreadsheet upload would have all our products in the system in no time.

It would be nice to be able to export our Products & Services to Excel or to be able to print a report of all to more easily review and update as needed.

It would be great if we could upload a google sheet with a list of products into our supply list.
