It's really simple, JobNimbus needs to stop trying to control the outputs and the dashboards, make it more open ended like salesforce. JobNimbus cannot dictate what our KPIs are, for example on a "land rate" we filter out ones that have no damage, allow business owners to define and report on their business more fluidly. Currently we export everything and use Google Data Studio to present our dashboards meaningfully.
