The fastest way to get an attachment from your email into JobNimbus is to forward it to your @jobnimbusmail.com email address and tag it with the contact or job # (see the Email tab in your JobNimbus settings for more details).
You can also drag and drop from a saved file on your computer, but we will look into drag and drop from email services going forward as well.

There isn’t a way to require a deposit at this time on the estimate, but you can add it as a line item and that will help in the meantime until we have more native support of this feature.
We’ll keep you posted!

We definitely understand the urgency here and apologize for the lost work and time. We’re looking into this, though we aren’t able to provide an estimate of when this would be available. We’ll keep you posted.

Definitely agree. We have custom drawings that we typically send out with our Estimates & Work Orders that we would like to be able to attach using the built-in "email estimate" and "email work order" features. Don't really understand why additional attachments are unavailable here in the first place? I would think it should come standard with being able to edit an email...
Our workaround for emailing Estimates is simple, we created our own Email Template with an identifiable name. Our team just has to manually locate & attach the Estimates and Drawings.
With Work Orders, there doesn't seem to be a way around using the "Email Work Order" feature within the system if I want to send Work Orders to Subcontractors. I have tried sending a custom email from either the Subcontractors profile, or the Job Profile, but neither have worked. From the Subs profile, I cannot locate Job documents. From the Job Profile, I cannot access the assigned Subs email address UNLESS I use the "Email Work Order" feature.
We could send the drawing separately, but feel that this would just lead to a BUNCH of confusion in the long run.
This could be fixed by allowing additional attachments to be added to the email template, or being able to insert document attachments to the end of the Estimate or Work Order itself. Whichever would be easier.
