An error occurred while saving the comment This is an absolute must! Sometimes we have important notes pertaining to an account or project and I need that note to be seen by everyone that may have access. Currently I'm adding random characters before the note to draw attention. Being able to pin a note and/or flag it would be a game changer!

I would like this to be an option for all documents sent for signature. I send a lot of documents to be e-signed, and I cannot see if they've received it, opened it, or if there was an error and it bounced. This is important information to have. Especially if you're dealing with difficult customers. Sadly, we all have to deal with one here and there. Having the data, the same as regular emails sent showing in the Activity feed, needs to be available for records and documentation.
