Other Email, Phone, and Address Fields (e.g. billing) for Contacts
Add more fields for additional phone, email, and physical addresses for contacts.
I would like to have the ability to enter contacts home as well as their business addresses and emails. It could be a second contact address rather than marked as as a home address, This would mean for employees for instance you can write to them at their home address or have a second email address for a contact. This save having to set up two contacts for the same person and the confusion this causes.

Also, make sure these addresses both:
- Hyperlink - so emails / phone calls can be initiated through JN
-Are available when attempting to send templated emails. We have to copy/paste any custom field entry email fields now. -

Please Add a secondary email to the contact information. A custom field does not work like the default email field.

Primarily 90 percent of all of our projects are through insurance. In Florida most of the people we are working with have multiple rental homes plus their now home. The check from the insurance company and the paperwork must go to their actual residence and not the rented unit. We had this happen where a check was sitting in a mailbox for 30 days for a customer. Thank you for having this option available with your program

Come on Nimbus. . .Addresses should be a subtab, child record, sublist. We have clients that have a more complex billing system than Sally homeowner. We need the ability to use this for more than a b2c application.

We have the same issue as everyone here - We deal with residents that only receive mail at a PO Box and there are times we need multiple addresses - we are dealing with this by using custom fields, but we have also used up all our custom text fields.

Some of our contacts have multiple emails. It would be helpful if there was an option to have multiple emails listed for a contact

This is a major reason why you need to use "Jobs". If you use Jobs, the mailing address is the address of the contact and the project address is the address of the Job.

I have added fields for a mailing address. Go to "Settings", "Contact Fields", "Add Fields"

any news on adding a field for a mailing address? We work with several property management companies so the project address isn't where the invoices should be sent. At this point we have to track those manually.

Add the ability to set an additional field with a hyperlink option so that we can add additional emails to our Contacts.

The street address isn't always the same at the mailing address. We have several customers that have PO Box delivery or own rental properties. In such cases we need to be able to enter the work site address as well as the mailing address.

Your software should let users enter their own data in a text field next to the phone numbers on Contacts. We should be able to enter and change it to such things as 'his', 'hers', 'his c', 'her c', 'his work', 'her w', 'home', 'owner', 'renter'. Communication - simple recorded communication - is very helpful.

We really need to be able to have separate billing and "shipping" address sync over in the jobs portion of job nimbus to the jobs in quickbooks. We do a lot of work for realtors, rental property owners, and other people in similar multi-property situations and really need these to sync correctly so when my accountant changes the Bill to address in quickbooks to print correctly on the invoice and also the envelope (directly from QB) it does not change that information in job nimbus.

The field map for syncing a "job" with QuickBooks really should send the contact information to the billing address and the "job" address to the shipping address. As it is now, Nimbus sends the job address to Quickbooks as the billing address which is not what you want when dealing with a customer that has a job in one location but needs the bill sent to another address such as a PO Box or business address. It would also be nice if the contact info allowed for billing and shipping address so you didn't need to use the "job" function for anyone other than a customer with multiple job locations (similar to how QB handles them)

Currently we enter both the husband and wifes name in the first name space. But have no way of telling which phone number goes to which spouse. It would be nice to be able to put their name by their number, like in Quickbooks. We also put additional emails in QB to be able to reference for later. We are a residential and commercial contractor, so alot of our customers have multiple job site, but one mailing address. It would be nice if the billing address is what is sent to QuickBooks as the primary address or the client of QB and then have JN's job location sent as QB's Shipping Address (bill with parent as QB would call it) would be more beneficial.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE add multible contact options in the 'Contacts".
And PLEASE add a contact info field in 'Jobs' as well.
We are a roofing company that does service work or rental companies, so each address (job) we service has a different contact, usually the tenant. -

It would be nice if we could label or choose from a drop down list to identify what kind of phone number the client prefers to use then having a "fixed" description like it currently is to choose from for Main phone, Mobile phone, Work phone, Fax number.

Although we have Mobile, Work, Home etc labels for phone numbers it would be appreciated if we could custom name those fields as sometimes we are dealing with two homeowners and it makes it easier to see which one is being called.
