This is a great example, thank you for sharing! We have many of these same ideas for improving our existing share feature and are working towards that.
Thank you so much for sticking with us and for providing these great suggestions. I’ll be sure the dev team gets this info and can work towards making it happen!
And we’ll see what we can do about getting you that award ????!

The problem is when we create an estimate and save it as a draft it still gets automatically uploaded to the shared section. There should be a way to unshare that. Also, all work order and material lists get automatically uploaded, which should have an option to be private as well.
Finally if something is shared to the client it would be helpful to have a way of knowing what is shared. Like a marker or icon that shows they can view it, and an easy way for all shared documents and notes to be unshared at any time.

I understand Job nimbus has a feature to share stuff with clients also, but these other companies seem to be more advanced in the client portal.
I would love it if jobnimbus can build something like this.
Please take a look at jobber and coconstruct customer portals.
https://getjobber.com/features/client-hub/Something jobber is missing in the client hub is a way to share documents and photos. This would be an amazing thing to add!
Another cool feature jobber has is the client communication.

Is it possible to add these features in the future?
Also, In the jobber video (in the link above) it shows that in the portal there is a way to request for new work which is a pretty cool and handy feature
