    Great idea! Thank you for your suggestion.

    The “Description” field on Contacts and Jobs is sometimes used as a “permanent note” that always stays at the top, but your idea will be great to have alongside that to make notes more dynamic and useful.

    Yes, ASAP! I'd like to be able to pin multiple notes if needed. Notes get lost so quickly if you are sending emails through the Job. I like the idea of the Description field being separate for general information about the job. A pinned note for important updates would be so useful.
