Job Account Address to Sync to QB Ship To Address - so Sales Tax reports will be accurately
Job Address should sync with QB Ship To Address so Sales Tax will report accurately. Currently we have to manually update the the addresses in QB (on every friggin job account in WA state) so the Parent name and address shows in the Bill To field and the Job Name and Address will show in the Ship To field - which is where QB pulls the tax rate from.

Populate sales rep field with Spotio data provided via Zapier
The sales rep name is coming over from Spoito via Zapier integration but currently the sales rep field in JobNimbus doesn't get populated from it but it would be better if it did.

Show payment matrix
We should be able to show payments on estimates. Kind of like when you go buy a car. Show a break down of the payments available. People buy cars based on the payment. They will absolutely purchase upgrades and higher ticketed items, if they can see the payment. You can set it up so the contractor can input their financing terms in the back end, and it will do the math to show the payment. Game changer here.

On HailTrace, reference assigned SalesRep or Assignee to contact or job
HailTrace only sends the profile name of who requested the report. It would be good to also have it reference the assigned Sales Rep or Assignee to track who is out on the area nearby.

Fewer steps to pull up and approve estimate created in naturalForms on JobNimbus web app
Right now there are a lot of steps to take when uploading and approving an estimate that was created in naturalForms. Salespeople and office workers get confused easily while trying to do so. It would be nice if the process was simpler.

Ability to get a materials list through Beacon 3D+(HOVER), have it create a material order through BeaconPRO+, and appear in JobNimbus.

Microsoft365 onedrive direct sync
Please create a direct Sync to Microsoft Onedrive for files and Photos.
Ideally, when a contact/job is created in JobNimbus, it creates a folder in OneDrive where all documents and photos are synchronized.

The ability to make an automation for when something happens in Quickbooks and syncs over to JobNimbus the job or contact status would automatically change.

Tax problem in QB - Shipping address in invoice set up
JB doesn't bring over shipping address so that QB can calculate the correct sales tax. If the shipping address was populated in the QB sync then sales tax will work correctly. Right now the tax calculation in JB is being overridden with incorrect sales tax calculated in QB and when it syncs back with JB we have incorrect sales tax reported and overpayments from the customers because the sales tax is reduced in JB.

Choose vendor location when submitting order through Beacon integration
It would be great if we could choose what vendor location is getting our material orders. With Beacon they have many different locations that we use since we pull east and west coast materials for our branches. But when i place a material order it automatically chooses the closest branch the vendor has to us. This is causing an issue as we have a HUGE project going on right now and all of our orders go through to one branch we are not able to choose what branch gets the order, making our vendor then have to forward to proper…

Save email address and auto-populate when adding 'send to'
Along with overhaul on emailing system, email address should be saved and ability to auto-populate when adding in 'send to' no matter the relation to the job. Also, not having to click the address once typed would be extremely helpful as it will disappear if not clicked.

Quick estimates/material order using Hover 3d
Quickly create estimates and material orders using Hover 3D ( Roofing, Siding, Paint, Stucco etc...) Similar to Leap or One click contractor. That feature will stream line the process of ever having to hand measure, or input numbers. A must feature. Jobnimbus will blow up with this feature.

Sales tax Rate selection in JobNimbus integrate with QuickBooks
Currently when you create an invoice in JobNimbus, you select a tax rate for each line item. In QuickBooks Online however, the sales tax rate is applied on the entire invoice and, by default, is "Based on Location", which you can manually change to custom sales tax rates. Since Sales tax rate are synced between JobNimbus and QuickBooks Online, and you have to manually select the sales tax you want when creating invoices in JobNimbus, it would be nice if there was a way to tell QuickBooks you want to use a specific sales tax on the invoice when it…

Hearth
Hearth is a great platform to work with for the contractor.
Most companies that help the contractor finance a job pass the loan origination fees to the contractor and ask youto simply mark jobs up and offer discounts to your non financing customers.
Hearth charges a flat fee to use their service and then as many people for as much as your clients can get are able to finance through them.
