Add Email Addresses In Automations
JobNimbus absolutely needs to be able to send email automation to "Additional Recipients". The current parameters trap you inside of JobNimbus NOT allowing to send email to a designated email address outside of users or contacts etc. This is a must if we are to alert our field techs without them being a user.

No update on this? I need to have an automation to send my subcontractors new job template emails including specific data from the job. Seems like it should be easy enough to automate a template email to an outside user.

This is so needed! We just had a major role player leave our company. I am now having to go through each and every automation/template attached to him and change it to our owner until that position is filled. Then I will have to go back and redo all that adding in the new person when hired. We have a general department email that would solve all these problems if I could just have an automation go straight that email instead of an individual.

I would love for my team to be able to simply change a status, and then have an automation send an email to a shared address so that the project can be reviewed and scheduled. If "Additional Recipients" was an option, this would be solved.

Agreed with Anonymous comment on 2/21/17 --it would make our workflow much more efficient if we could send automated emails to subcontractors as well

There is no way at present to send Custom HTML Email Template messages to Subcontractors related to a Job or Contact in automation. the only work around to this is to add subs as a related contact and that is more clicks and messy.
