Great idea! Thank you for your suggestion.
The “Description” field on Contacts and Jobs is sometimes used as a “permanent note” that always stays at the top, but your idea will be great to have alongside that to make notes more dynamic and useful.

An error occurred while saving the comment Anonymous commentedJust coming on here to say the same thing. We need to drafts to sync right away so that sales can start a form on the field and then go and finish it later on his computer. We also want them to be editable once completed.

An error occurred while saving the comment Anonymous commentedThis is a major flaw in the email system. We have customer's respond to automated emails for scheduling repair/replacements and no one get's alerted about the response except the owner who gets a million emails a day.

This is so needed! We just had a major role player leave our company. I am now having to go through each and every automation/template attached to him and change it to our owner until that position is filled. Then I will have to go back and redo all that adding in the new person when hired. We have a general department email that would solve all these problems if I could just have an automation go straight that email instead of an individual.
