Custom report option where columns can be from different records assigned to same contact
Because contact status cannot be automated to change based on invoice status, the very real possibility exists to send out automated late notices based upon pending payment status in a contact when the payment has already been made. Fully functional automation should allow the communication of one record with another. Short of that, the ability to make a custom report that can pull both the customers status as well as the invoice status into the same report would knock out about ten mouse clicks per payment and contact.
