Print-Friendly Reports / Export to PDF

Once a report has been run, there needs to be a 'print all' button that generates a single printable webpage that contains all of the results in the report. For example. if the report had 322 records in the result set, the print version webpage should have 322 records in it and when printed, look formatted for A4 page(s).

    PDF reports would fix a huge problem I am having. Currently I have custom reports that provide totals and averages of different metrics. When exported to Excel, all of those calculations are gone and the data is all lumped together. I have to redo all of the calculations.

    Please work on this soon! I'm a new user and was used to being able to print very handsome, organized reports with just a few clicks on my old system. Exporting everything to Excel and having to format the spreadsheet is going to be very cumbersome.

    I would like to see a printable commission report for each salesperson's commission. I'm using the budget form now, and would like to print it.

    Sure, when you hit report, to get a print out you have to export to excel, play with margins, etc. It would be great to have a report automatically generate a PDF to print out. Thanks

    I created custom Fields for customers colors located in the Jobs Tab. I wish there was a way to simply print a report of all customer colors without using the report function. Maybe a template that would include all customers with their colors.

    I wish i could draft a printout of a customer report i have for custom colors. I also wished there was a search function for custom fields. Maybe there is and i just dont know how to do it.

    We had the same problem - but a few years back added a Google Chrome Add-On called "FireShot" (free). It allows us to capture a report and print and/or save as .pdf, etc. You have to manually print each page, but its a lot less time consuming than exporting to Excel. Hope that helps in the meantime...
