Thanks for the suggestion!
In the meantime, you should be able to create custom Contact fields (or Job fields if you have Jobs enabled) for “Supplier” and other fields you want to appear on the Material Order and then have them inserted into the Material Order templates upon creation.

This is a great example, thank you for sharing! We have many of these same ideas for improving our existing share feature and are working towards that.
Thank you so much for sticking with us and for providing these great suggestions. I’ll be sure the dev team gets this info and can work towards making it happen!
And we’ll see what we can do about getting you that award ????!

Tasks is a great way to mitigate this situation, but we know that having a lightweight checklist would be a lot more convenient for something like this. It’s on our list!

We will be going over these kinds of suggestions soon after finishing up some high priority features. We’ll update here with our plan going forward.

An error occurred while saving the comment Tia Albertson commentedEXPORTING too - I would only add that if this feature is developed, I'd like to have an Export to Excel option for Work Orders, Estimates, etc. As a General Contractor, we work with multiple subs/trades and having ability to use the abundant JobNimbus information in more indepth within Excel would be fantastic!

This is something that I’ve been wanting, too. It’s on our development list and we’ll keep you updated as we get closer.

EXPORTING Work Orders to Excel is a great idea for companies working with multiple subs on an Approved Estimate.... tracking sub pay and assigned work is much easier when you can segment the info and Excel is the best resource for working with the data - love, love that you're considering an option for Exporting Work Order data! THANKS JobNimbus Team!
