  1. Edit Status Catagories on Estimates

    It would great to be able to edit the status categories of an estimate. When tracking close percentages, seems like this would be the easiest field to run a report off of. If I could set the status to sale or no sale, and eliminate some of the choices, we would have very clear percentage of estimates given vs sold jobs.

  2. Notifactions

    We need notification area where someone has emailed you get a notification on phone and job nimbus desktop. I can touch base more with a phone call.

  3. Accounts Receivables 30/60/90

    I think it would be great if we were able to run a 30/60/90 day report. This will greatly help us keep track of our delinquencies. Plus, in Minnesota, we have to file liens before the 120 day mark or we lose all lien rights. I wish the reports weren't so clunky.

  4. More customization on Dashboard View

    User would like more options to customize the dashboard. Currently, he can choose what features of the dashboard are visible, however, he cannot control how they are displayed. User would like a simple feature, such as being able to sort his tasks on the dashboard with the newest tasks on top. User is aware that he could use a custom report but does not want to lose the ability to check off tasks from the dashboard.

  5. Report on Contacts by Attachment Category

    I would like the ability to pull a report to see contacts by the specific Attachment Category for documents or photos they have in their file

  7. Activity report for deleted notes

    The ability to create an activity report for deleted notes. Currently,once a note is deleted, it is lost. You no longer have any trace of the note.

  12. Ability to Download all photos/documents without having to download per contact/job.

    Is there any kind of script the developers can run to generate all documents and images and put them in a folder to be download where I can http or ftp them.

  14. Multiple Dashboards

    I would like to see a tabs that allow me to toggle between multiple customizable dashboards. Perhaps that is where you are going and that's why the Dashboard icon at the top looks like a tab. It would be wonderful if I could have a general dashboard, a production dashboard, an accounts receivable dashboard, and whatever else I could think of.

  15. Expanded Grouping Options

    There are several columns that would be very useful to group by in reports that are currently unavailable as options. Especially relevant is grouping by Primary Contact on a Job report.

  16. Be able to have a Mentions Board or Report

    This would be to see all @mentions for a user, especially yourself, easily. Right now we get an email but it would be nice to be able to visibly see them all in one place if needed from within the software.

  17. print report

    it seems crazy to me that JN has sch a robust report builder but they can not be printed. a few years ago, support told me that the world is going paperless. that is just not true. The ability to print reports is a weekly if not daily need. opening in excel sort of works but is super clunky and time consuming to format. I will also add that yes, some times, being able to move to excel is needed. Just not usually.

  19. Report filter drop down is too long

    The dropdown menu for adding a filter is too long to fit on the display even if it has a scroll bar. It needs a bit of logic to ensure it is appropriate length to show entire menu no mater what size the window is.

  20. Days since Start date or Invoice date

    I have a custom report that shows Start date and Invoice Date (custom field not QuickBooks) of a job. I would like to be able to add a column that tracks how many days since start date and how many days since invoice date. I currently export the report to excel, add the additional columns and type in the days formula. I would love to be able to see this without having to download and adjust the report every time.
