Changing Pages on Reports
When on a custom report, and you change the page you're viewing on the report, it keeps you at the bottom of the report instead of redirecting you to the top of the page. This causes the user to have to scroll all the way to the top of the page anytime they change the page on a report.

NOTES ENTERED IN WORK ORDER OR OTHER SUB SECTIONS, THE NOTIFICATION DOESN'T SHOW THE JOB/CONTACT INFO
If we leave a note and tag a member or self, the tagged members will have a notification at their email (if the user selected that option), the message in the notification will only show the WO / Estimate / Invoice numbers, it does not have any related contact nor job info.
So to know what job or contact the note related to, we have to click the blue note link.
Not efficient.

Searching by signature date in Doc. report
Ability to filter a document report by signature status and date like the estimates report. Currently, the signature filter is not setup to detect fully signed documents dates. The report blanks out no matter what date range you set it to. It would be great to use this filter to find date signatures using the new signature feature.

Grouped Reports - Collapsing Groups
When I have a report grouped with calculations, when I collapse the grouped area, it doesn't retain the calculations. It removes the totals & sums applied such as on an invoice report. I would like to be able to retain that information so that it is easier to view without all of the scrolling.

Free style hand-signature available in mobile app but not in desktop version?
If we send a doc to be e-signed, when the signer open it at their end, they can only "type" their names (on separate note: the spelling NEEDS to match how their name spelling was entered in the contact page - another glitch), but if we open the doc in the mobile app and hand the device to the customer, the signer CAN do e-sign free style hand signature using their finger.
Which is weird, because that can only happen when we are in the same room with the signer, because the only people who have the mobile app are…2 votes -
TO GET REPORT FROM CUSTOM NOTE TYPE
We created a Note type "Production Notes".
Tried to create a WO report to pull only those notes, and filtered using the "TYPE" column, selected the custom type to be the only one pulled, but the code did not recognize the list of type that we have. It's pulling different names of activity types.

Have more formatting tools to customize custom reports. I want to be able to highlight rows/columns and even color code the lists as well.

"Signature Status" column in document reports
In the documents on a contact there is a "Signature Status" column, but there's not a good way to track that in a document report. I wish it was a simple column we could add and filter by.

Lead Time Reporting
I would like to be able to generate a report that tracks the amount of time it takes for a contact/job to go thru a Workflow from Lead to Paid and Closed. That will allow us to track how quickly we can complete a job.

Saved reports editing access for non-admin users
Within JN, you cannot edit/save in the built-in report system unless you have allowed access to Account Settings and Built-in Reports, or created the report as that user.
I need staff (admins, supervisors, and other team members) to be able to edit reports created by superiors, but I have ZERO desire for them to have Account Settings access.
There is an ability to give someone access to the built-in report system. Why would there also be another access for them to be able to edit/save reports, especially when that is tied to the entire Account Settings?

Status Report
We'd like a way to create a report that tells us all the jobs that were in a status during a particular time frame. Currently the only workaround to this issue is to create an activity report with parent workflow filters that tell you jobs that moved into the status during a time frame. Not all jobs in the status.

Commission reports
When running commission reports we want to be able to take off any unused overhead from a project so the sales rep isn't overpaid.

More consistency with the sales dashboard
The sales dashboard doesn't align with what I can pull up in my contact reports. We need these to be easier to customize and we need more consistency with the filters and usability of these.

Report Folders
Allow reports to be placed together in a folder or category -- for example, I would like to have a MONTHLY folder in which I can store all my monthly reports, or a WEEKLY Folder that stores all the weekly reports, a SALES folder that stores the sales reports, etc - instead of having 100 reports listed on the same report screen that you have to scroll through

Filter invoice report by contact status
Create the ability to make a custom report for invoices with a filter for contact status so I can filter the contacts in that status to see amount paid, balance due, etc.
