When creating a workflow report, it's often best to group the results by status (which is easily done, thank you!). However, the sequence of the workflow (or the order in which the status is inputted into the report) should be preserved.
Right now we're seeing later stages of the workflow first, because of the alphabetical ordering. (I've gotten around it by numbering my workflow, but it's an extra step I'd rather avoid.6 votes
For example, I wish I could create an invoice report and filter it by the contacts "job status".
• Email Address on Job reports
• Contact number on Job report
• Job number(s) on Contact report
• Contact/Job Type Filter on Estimate & Invoice reports

Once a report has been run, there needs to be a 'print all' button that generates a single printable webpage that contains all of the results in the report. For example. if the report had 322 records in the result set, the print version webpage should have 322 records in it and when printed, look formatted for A4 page(s).58 votes
Be able to add to a report "last 2 notes" or "notes in the last week"8 votes

Ability to take a custom report and save as or duplicate, that way if you want a similar report with some of the same filters and columns you can easily make it without having to create a report from scratch.

When I go to DASHBOARD, it defaults to MY TASKS, no problem with that, MY TASKS shows a list of minimum 10 tasks, but, it's still very long on my page. Please make the categories collapsible. Refer to my screenshot --> https://www.screencast.com/t/MMdsO6NdVJVv4 votes
A dashboard for Admins or specific high levels that gave you information on all tasks / projects for all people on your team. Filterable options make it easy to see different information. Specifically shows overdue tasks and allows for a quick click to see the details on outstanding items. Love this dashboard idea.3 votes
This dashboard looks pretty good! I will say, admins can already see the information you mentioned on their dashboards by creating reports and then customizing their dashboards to show those reports there.
