Subcontractors Option When Sending Email
I think a great when creating a note-email to have the option to choose the subcontractors for each Job to send an email

When I go to send an email, the subcontractors I have added to the job should show up automatically as a recipient option. Currently I have to add them in as an additional contact.

Can JN include job-assigned subcontractors as job contacts and make them appear in the email selection when sending an email?

It is there, but it's an unwieldy workaround. You have to relate the subcontractor to the job, and then they will be an option to send an email to. The problem is then that they will be related to all those jobs. You can remove them afterwards I guess.
This also means that they must be visible to you. If you do not have visibility to all records due to your access profile being limited, then you can't search for them anyway, which is an issue for certain people like sales reps.

This is a bug! this is not a missing feature. Any project management software should be able to email subcontractors, directly from the tool, as a core feature. This is a deal breaker if it is not corrected
