Ability to Access Company Documents On Contacts/Jobs & When Emailing
At present, we can create an email and attach photos or documents, but when we need a Company document we have to upload it each time to each Contact/Job that needs this form also. If Company documents selection were enabled, it would be great.

Agree! When building a document (contract), it would be nice to be able to include other documents from the Company Documents rather than having to upload them to each and every job. With only the ability to include other documents, photos, etc from the job itself, the causes a lot of redundancy and extra work.

This is a great idea for sending items such as color choices for roofing or gutters and not having to upload it every time! This option really needs to be added!

General storage for common documents that we'd need to 'bring into' individual jobs...Maybe under the 'create document' tab include an option to select from uploaded documents (upload into existing 'document' tab on dashboard, then access that list?) Also if we could attach editable excel spreadsheets and import them into the jobs - that'd be awesome.
