When creating a note and tagging a group name, it should allow you to tag that group across the entire platform, not just within the new job shell.

Please make it possible to tag an entire group within a Contact's note. Too many times we have to tag 8+ people on a single note. Occasionally we miss someone, which leads to big delays because everyone thinks that one individual was tagged but they were not. Thanks for your time.

It is becoming more and more critical as our teams grow and roles change that we have functional teams that can share information without specifiying each member in every single communication.

You should be able to make customizable names within the groups function & @salesteam, if not everyone would need to work off the same email, the fact the the groups function was designed without such a basic idea such as that is mind blowing, how are we to collaborate? @ ten different people every time we need to get a teams attention?
