Create a note section in Activities section
Place a section on top of the activities thread that would separate and prioritize notes themselves. Often notes get lost in the sea of communication/ emails thread. Seems it would be better to separate them as most that are important and made to notify. Also, could be helpful to allow notes to be prioritized by degree of importance through color code or some type of labeling.

And having the ability to pin a note to the top ie "HO is hard of hearing; include Property Manager is all communication; HO away until spring" etc
