    And having the ability to pin a note to the top ie "HO is hard of hearing; include Property Manager is all communication; HO away until spring" etc

    Email threads get bogged down with 'jobnimbus' everywhere and its confusing. We've also had customers say they feel it looks questionable

    Yes! I added a ton of my own fields with claim number etc but don't need all of those fields for all types of jobs.
