We need a way to create a pop up alert to flag accounts. I've used a band aid solution of a status called DO NOT BOOK, but unfortunately this is not good enough. Other CRM platforms allows for a pop up when you open a file that you need a small amount of important information to be brought to the user's attention when they enter a file.
