Great idea! Thank you for your suggestion.
The “Description” field on Contacts and Jobs is sometimes used as a “permanent note” that always stays at the top, but your idea will be great to have alongside that to make notes more dynamic and useful.

it would also be nice for it to recognize a hard return instead of putting in a paragraph break so I don't have to go back in an edit the html to take out the /p and insert a /br. when left with the /p it adds additional spaces between lines where there should not be a space for example, my email signature where I have my name, company name, address, etc. makes me look like an idiot for double spacing!

I really need to have a field for spouse, spouse number & spouse email that can (a) show up when searching a client by name in the search bar and (b) when sending an email, will show up in list of email addresses. My only work around is to add the spouse as another contact and relate them.

You can use Email Templates to add signatures for each user when sending emails from either the Add Note feature or when sending automated emails.
Direct email signatures per user from their profile is still on our development list but this is a great workaround in the meantime.

this would be so helpful! especially when out in the field and using the mobile app...too time consuming to cut & paste

is it possible to have the calendar appts set reminder alarms or be able to edit the calendar entry in ical so an alarm reminder can be set?
