Reply/Forward Feature for Emails
It would be handy to be able to reply to correspondence from customers through Nimbus without having to start a new email. I also think that a signature stamp, or preset information with my name and email at the bottom, much like Google has. Typing out my information at the bottom of every email is no time saver. Thank you for listening.
Possibly support Notes, too.
Your wish is our command! Now when you receive an email in JobNimbus, just click the ••• action menu and choose Reply, Reply All, or Forward.
Enjoy!

It would be nice to be able to reply directly from JobNimbus to an email in JobNimbus. Sometimes customer email or reply to a JobNimbus email addressed to my boss. I would like to be able to respond directly instead of having to create a new email.

So this is still coming soon as of 5/1/2015. We're almost 3 years later and this item hasn't been addressed. We just started using the software and this is by far the most annoying issue we've found.

I would echo the prior comments. We need the ability to reply to an e-mail as well as forward a previously sent and/or received e-mail through JN.

total headache that notes does not allow you to resend or forward a prior note/email...

This is by far one of the main problems we have with this system. Everything is great with automation and templates to help save time but not having a reply button to the incoming emails is terrible. I really hope this feature comes into play really soon or we may have to switch programs because our business has grown so fast the amount of time wasted opening up a new thread every single time is killing us. Please please please get this feature implemented as soon as possible. Please!

When an e-mail comes into Job Nimbus there is no way to reply directly to that e-mail. You are required to start a new thread. It is nice so reply directly so you can reference the original e-mail and show the person you are sending the e-mail to what you are replying to.

Actually, this is such a glaring omission, you might want to put some sort of note somewhere in the email window so that the end user doesn't spend too much time hunting for the reply button. Sort of like having a toilet with out a flush handle - the person using it is going to spend considerable time trying to figure out how to flush....

Yeah, the missing reply functionality really hurts and limited the usefulness of the email features.

It would greatly improve the functionality of the program if there were either a message function (within jobs so the messages will log under the job) or a way to reply (build a thread) to notes that we're tagged in or emails we receive. Having to start new notes / emails instead of replying is really disjointed.

Templates are great. I can find no reply function, though, which limits the usefulness of this feature.
