Isnt there a notifications bell already? We have one on our desktop and on our app

Having a notification center for the website would be amazing instead of having to rely solely on emails to see when someone has tagged you, sent a note, or given you a task. You could see all of your tags and notes in once place and would make clearing them out more time efficient.

When a mention or task is assigned the only notification we currently receive is via email and/or an alert from the app. Employees are inundated with emails and app notifications it would be nice to have a recent notifications icon that would show you recent mentions. I have had to create a separate folder in their emails so they get routed so they can keep up with their mentions so they can respond appropriately. Competitors software we had before had this feature that was extremely useful. We can be active on the website and there is absolutely no notification within the software.

Yes, having the notifications for mentions and task on the top of the page would make productivity so much easier. Emails come from so many different places all day long it is very easy for an email to get lost in the shuffle. Especially someone in in the field is trying to notify someone in the office without having to make a phone call. Or when people throughout the office want to bring something to some ones attention.

Having an icon at the top of the screen that is labeled 'notification' just to the right of the reports icon would be super helpful to just click and see all the read/unread notifications whether that be a task, @mention, work order needed, etc.

YES, this is what I came here to suggest! There 100% needs to be a log of your notification to refer to within the application both online AND APP.

Seems like something pretty simple and that should already exist, LETS GO NIMBY PEEPS!

Is this ever going to happen? I see it is "planned" from 6 years ago. From a productivity standpoint having notifications would be amazing. Users will be able to see exactly how many tasks/mentions they have and need to tend to in ONE place. Maybe Notifications include "Task incomplete for 3 days" that you gave to someone else that you forgot about. This would allow things to be like a to-do list anytime users and team members are tagged in something. 6 Notifications: 3 Tasks, 2 notes mentioned I need to reply to and 1 email response from a homeowner. Boom, Bang, Pow, I'm busting these out and wow, as I'm finishing the final task I get another notification that I was tagged by SFY- a final estimate came in that I can handle on the spot! WOOHOO look at this productivity, no room for errors or anything slipping through cracks. If this WAS planned 6 years ago, we should be almost there right?
For me, I have team members who are rather aloof and disorganized. The perfect CRM to me would be one that allows smooth user ability and helps with productive organization in the best way possible no matter the user.

I know we get emails, but instead of going back and forth it would be cool if there was a notifications bell to directly see "this person tagged you in a note" ... things like that. It would be a list of your most recent notifications to directly get to them without flopping back and forth. I would imagine it would make tasks and workflows more easy and streamlined

And yet it's been ignored ever since. It's really frustrating to have a major feature ignored for six years.

We get the email and push notifications, but then when you are inside JobNimbus, there needs to be a notification icon that we can click on and easily navigate to that note or mention.

Please, put the feature of getting notifications on my Desktop from JN. Thanks.

This is making us want to find a platform that helps. When you have 20 @'s its hard to find them all.

I'm incredibly interested as to why this hasn't become a feature since it was suggested OVER A YEAR AGO! My inbox gets flooded with emails daily so why would I want another email to tell me that I need to go to different software platform to respond to a note, but have no way of just clicking through all my notifications once I'm there. So I'm having to constantly go back and forth between software platforms (one containing more info that just JN notifications). This is a textbook definition of a non-value add step in a process. Please add this ASAP!

I was coming here to suggest this! The lack of in-app notifications is surprising and badly needed ASAP! This is one of a few reasons I will never suggest the software.

Agreed! This is a huge issue for us. Especially when our email server crashed.
