Customize Payment Terms
Payment Terms should pull from the main customer account in QBO and / or be customizable in JN. Should be able to set customer payment terms, tax rates, discount terms at the customer level and have it pull into the job account instead of having to set it on each invoice. Estimates should have a place for payment terms.

Needs the digits on pricing to be more than just the two digits after the decimal point for insurance purposes.

Invoice fields should be available as template fields
We would like to use the fields from invoices on a document template: Item, Description and Qty, because these are exactly the products that are being transported, and already exist as data.

Prevent Autosave from Overriding Other Changes
The auto saving feature can actually make a lot of progress lost if user A is working on the Estimate for an hour but then user B still has an old version open, and they make one tiny change. Having some kind of warning or update for user B would be helpful

Easier to Include Company as Default Signer on NSE Estimates
In legacy estimates, we could easily add a company representative to sign the contracts. My attorney tells me our contracts are not valid unless both parties sign. Please make it easy to add the sales rep or company owner, etc, to the list of signers, with the ability to sign from within JN. Even better would be if the company representative can automatically have their signatures added to the contracts.

Customize the Estimate Detail Page
It would be great if we could customize the estimate detail pages with things like logos or designs. Even a basic PDF page that acts as the background for the line items would be good. That way when we customize the pages we could make them all uniform. This would go for other pages to like the Auth page.

Draft Smart Estimates
When creating a smart estimate template, it takes a lot of time. It also may take a lot of people to collaborate. I would like to save an unfinished smart estimate template. At this time I can only save it if everything has been filled out. If I run out of time, or need to take care of something that suddenly comes up, I will lose all of my effort.
I suggest adding a "Save and Finish Later" button to the template so that all my work is not lost if I do not have the time to finish everything.4 votes -

From an estimate or invoice I want to be able to go back to financials page instead of having to route back through the job or to the board.
I want the same thing from the Work orders page.

Bold and Italicize Description
Be able to Bold and Italicize certain words within the descriptions so that things are clearly visible and can make for easier communication and understanding of the descriptions.

Ability to lock estimate pricing
Have the ability to lock certain estimates templates so that the prices cannot be changed. This would ensure salesmen do not have ability to change the price. Also, provide the ability to be able to assign estimates templates to certain reps.

Save Feature
I'd like to have the option to SAVE my documents/ estimates/ invoices while I'm working on them (without it closing on me); Sometimes they are quite long and I've accidentally closed the screen after spending a long time on entering information. The only option is to save and close now

Ability to text customers the link to sign an estimate
I would like the ability to copy the unique signer link for an estimate or contract directly from JobNimbus so it can be shared with customers through methods other than email, such as text. This would be especially helpful in cases where a customer cannot access their email, ensuring a smoother and more flexible signing experience.

Ability for Multiple Margin Sliders for Each Estimate Section
Currently, the margin slider for NSE estimates only affects all the sections of the estimate. In the future, it would be nice to have the option to only apply the slider to specific sections or have multiple sliders per section.

Internal View for New Sales Experience Estimates
Every Time a contract is signed, I am not allowed to open the contract or "edit" it. The problem is that after the signed contract is approved, my team cannot open the Quote Details page with the Hidden Sections which contain important details. We have to duplicate the estimate in order to see what was included. Very Annoying.

The rep or person assigned to be able to be a authorized signer. So both homeowner and Rep can sign
The thing is you have to manually put the name of the rep and also the email for both to sign. It would be so helpful if the rep that was assigned to the job is another signer along with Homeowner.
