  1. Rounding in Estimates / Invoices

    It would be great to be able to have line items round to the nearest dollar or $5 increment. OR have the ability to have Sections round to the nearest dollar increment that is chosen in settings.

  2. Make Markups Visible on the customer side of an estimate

    I would like to have the option to display the markups on an estimate. So I can view the markup info when I download the .PDF version.

  4. Estimate Section Title Feedback

    In logos estimates logo uses the "section title" with a lot of verbiage. The verbiage use to go across the page. Now with the new section description when logo goes to view his past estimates the section title verbiage is off to the left hand side and is clumped together. It no longer goes across the page.

    Currently the way to fix this issue is to recreate all his estimate templates to include the new "show section description". He would like to be able to edit his current estimate template, to allow the "show section description".

  5. Remove Subtotal and Total from Estimates

    It would be great if estimate templates were more customizable so that we can remove total/subtotal from estimates when necessary.

    We are adding some display functionality in estimates that allows for showing/hiding totals and section totals. This will be ready in the next 3-4 weeks.

  6. Have the Item/Section name section expand when creating financial docs

    When creating an estimate, it would be great to have a way to expand the section item name size? Much like you are able to expand the description section to be able to view more than one line.

  7. Batch Printing

    Be able to have the option to print off invoices in batches. Logo currently has to go into each contact and print of each individual invoice.

  9. Customize Payment Terms

    Payment Terms should pull from the main customer account in QBO and / or be customizable in JN. Should be able to set customer payment terms, tax rates, discount terms at the customer level and have it pull into the job account instead of having to set it on each invoice. Estimates should have a place for payment terms.

  12. Estimate Edit & View Screens

    On estimate edit screen: Add cost total and margin columns to each line item.

    On estimate view screen: Show job cost, markup, profit, total price & total margin (in other words, have the view screen include what the edit screen has)

  14. Estimate > Add Section > More options for the drop down menu for line items.

    When creating sections in an estimate, the drop down menu for "Hide line Items amounts", It not only hides the "Amount" Column but also the "Qty" column. It would be nice to have the option to show the amount of the section total but also show the "Qty" column.

  15. Add digits after decimal on price.

    Needs the digits on pricing to be more than just the two digits after the decimal point for insurance purposes.

  16. Split payments on an invoice

    When creating an invoice with a split payment. The split payment info isn't displayed on the invoice for the customer to view. It would be great to have it visible for the customer.

  18. Manually Set Profit or Margin

    Have the ability to manually add a profit number as well as the existing profit slider. Often we know we have a minimum profit amount needed.

  19. Ability to change stamp on invoices

    Sometimes the "PAID" stamp on an invoice is not applicable, like when there are progress payments or if an invoice is cancelled. It would be nice to be able to toggle the stamp on or off on an invoice, or even have the ability to change it to another stamp. "DRAFT", "CURRENT", "CANCELLED", etc.

  20. Progress invoicing

    We often bill jobs based on a percent of work completed OR based on certain items being completed. If we have a $12,000 job, we will bill a $4k deposit, a 4k progress invoice and $4k on final. Alternatively, we might have 20,000 Sq. Ft. of work to do but it's being completed in phases. So we might bill out 60% of the work as a progress invoice and bill the remaining work upon completion.

    It would also be extremely beneficial to allow change orders to be added as a new "section" on the estimate and allow this to flow…
