Add Supplier Information / Material Order Fields to Material Orders

In the meantime, you should be able to create custom Contact fields (or Job fields if you have Jobs enabled) for “Supplier” and other fields you want to appear on the Material Order and then have them inserted into the Material Order templates upon creation.

Workflows for Material Orders
Ability to create workflows for Material orders just like we do for Work Orders. We would love to have statuses for Materials Orders such as "need to order", "on order", "received", backordered, etc. We could then create boards and use automation.

Create Material Order from portions of Estimate
I would like to be able to select individual line items on an estimate then create a Material Order from the selection. Currently you have to either create them all by hand or covert Estimate to a Material Order, then edit all the items not destined for a particular vendor. It's a real pain when you have multiple vendors to order from for a big estimate.

The ability to clone an existing saved Material Order template
This would allow us to clone and and create a new saved template without having to start completely fresh.

Restrict Which Team Members can Place Orders
We have the Beacon and SRS integration, but we have no control over who can place orders. We would like to be able to control who can place orders, or maybe even have a material order require approval from a manager or admin before it can be sent to our supplier.

include material order total as a line on the budget
have a click box next to the total amount in the material order to set it as a line item in the budget.

Assign a custom Material Order #
Having the ability to change the Material Order # to a custom assigned number would be great for us and our supplier.
We use a PO number assigned to the job and ABC Supply uses that PO to reference the materials. It gets confusing for them though, since the material order JobNimbus sets is a different number than our PO number so mistakes are made and the wrong POs are assigned to the jobs.

Material Order Qty options
We install a lot of Metal Roofs and it's sold by the Linear Foot. I would like an option in a Material Order, where I input a qty at X number of Linear Foot.
For example: 9 panels @ 13'5" = $100.

Customize Material Order templates
I would like to have more customization abilities with material order templates like using a Purchase Order instead of the Material order number and setting up a Delivery date instead of using the date the material order was created

Print Material Order from Edit page
Be able to print the material order from the "Edit" page and not from viewing/downloading PDF. Reason being is so that the pricing pulls into the printed version.

Multiple Material Order Templates in One Material Order - Sections
We are a fence contractor. We sell multiple types of fence. We have material order templates saved for easy ordering of types. Sometimes, customers have multiple style fences on their property. Adding a Template, to a tep[late, would allow us to only send one PO to a vendor instead of sending multiples everytime.
