Completely Customize Work Order Templates
While I've been able to customize the work orders to some degree, there are a few things that I would like to adjust and can't. Complete customization would be great!

It would be nice to be able to customize fields that pertain to each work order. It gets confusing seeing all the custom work order fields on each work order template when filling out work orders.

I would also like to see more flexibility on the work order as well as the estimate and invoice templates. They should all have the same ability to turn on or off the columns for the user and the customer rather than some options only being available on one document and not the other. For example, we can turn off all quantities, costs and line item prices on the estimate but it still shows the total price for the job. If you turn those line item amounts off on the work order then no total price will be shown.
Ideally, the ability to create a document that has whatever information you want on it and then allows for the merge field locations that the current documents have.

We would like to change the layout of the jobcard/work order. We do a lot of service calls, repairs maintenance work, but we also do big installations. On service calls we would like to track time in/ time out, work done, parts used and then complete the job inspection sheet and client satisfaction eport.
On installations we would like tomtrack inventory ie stock pick slip and purchase order to suppliers, we would like to track time on site, time off site, maybe if the job goes on for a few days, track extra purchases done for the job not quoted for, then again be able to complete the job inspection sheet, client satisfaction report and also be able to add photos of work done, equipment installed. -

Drag and drop text fields, removable logo, ability to insert excel sheets as a page, insert check boxes on work orders and have those work with product tags...
