Ability to add signature line to estimate template (with page breaks!)
We send out a LOT of estimates every year, so it would be extremely cumbersome to generate a new document each time someone approves an estimate in order to create a contract. Instead, we add our contract language to every proposal and have signature lines at the bottom. In most cases, this runs onto two or more pages so we include the estimate number for easy reference below the signature.
That said, we need the customers to be able to esign!! Can we please add this functionality to estimates? It would be extremely helpful to also add pagebreaks to help control where the contract language appears.
Thanks.

We are a roofing company and have 140 employees and have been using nimbus for 4 years now but we are looking for other options with a bit more sophistication. We are sending 400 (hundred) non electronic signature estimates per month. Roofing companies are becoming more tech aware and tech advanced then JobNimbus?? LOL. What year are we in???

Its not meant to a proposal, this is an estimate only and to be used internally.

Very useful idea. I hate the fact that the "contract" document, when generated, has the signature all by itself on a separate page.
Also, It would be super helpful to be able to have customer select things like color choices, product choices, etc... when they sign online. -

Yes, we too use our estimates as contracts. We added a signature line manually to the bottom but it sure would be nice to be brought into the 21st century with an integrated esign feature.

Go one Sales step further...have an electronic ACCEPT and DECLINE button that requires email or signature (both are binding), and have mobile send out notifications when the customer is opening/clicking on the estimate! Sales follow ups is key at the perfect time! At the very least isn't time to avoid the old PDF estimate of 1999? Electronic UI with data analytics is a plus! Jobnimbus can upsell me in features like this!
