Can there be a custom contact field that pulls from estimate and invoice totals (subtotal, section total, etc.)?

Create duplicate estimates for insurance purposes
When I create an estimate for insurance, I write an estimate and give it to the customer with only the total. But when I submit it to insurance they need to see the amounts of each line item. It would be nice to be able to create both the customer-facing and insurance-facing estimates at the same time, rather than needing to edit the original and give it a new template.

Add document or photo attachment to Estimate
We haven't been using estimates via JN because we often attach product photo or layout documents on our proposals/estimates and I can't seem to find a way to do that via JobNimbus. We would really love to start utilizing digital signatures however. Can you add the ability to upload a file or image that gets sent over as an additional page to the estimate? We can send the other info separately in an email but then they really aren't signing the full scope of work. Only what can be sent through JobNimbus.

Section Descriptions
I would like to be able to add a section then have a place to describe the section if I wanted. Currently I add a line at the top of my estimates/Invoices and describe everything I am mentioning, but often that gets long.
"Section" (Hide line item amounts) (description, like a product) "This section is to add such and such"

Estimate > Add Section > More options for the drop down menu for line items.
When creating sections in an estimate, the drop down menu for "Hide line Items amounts", It not only hides the "Amount" Column but also the "Qty" column. It would be nice to have the option to show the amount of the section total but also show the "Qty" column.

Remove Subtotal and Total from Estimates
It would be great if estimate templates were more customizable so that we can remove total/subtotal from estimates when necessary.
4 votesWe are adding some display functionality in estimates that allows for showing/hiding totals and section totals. This will be ready in the next 3-4 weeks.

Estimate Section Title Feedback
In logos estimates logo uses the "section title" with a lot of verbiage. The verbiage use to go across the page. Now with the new section description when logo goes to view his past estimates the section title verbiage is off to the left hand side and is clumped together. It no longer goes across the page.
Currently the way to fix this issue is to recreate all his estimate templates to include the new "show section description". He would like to be able to edit his current estimate template, to allow the "show section description".

Easier way to be notified which line items need updated in the estimate template
In estimate templates, notify what line items need to be updated from Beacon, currently the only notification you get its "Note: Supplier pricing for this estimate has changed since you last reviewed this order. If you save, your estimate costs will be updated."
Would like an easier way to know which line items need updated in the estimate template1 vote -
Column for "Cost Total Per Line Item" on an Estimate.
We want to add a column, we would like to see a cost total per line item. This would resemble the price total per line item shown in the amount column. It might not even be something to toggle on or off, it's really just adding a new calculation to the row

Can you guy put a toolbar for estimate like you have for documents; or on documents can you make it so you can put a summary and discount
For an example:
I should have a tool bar when am creating an estimates and more better format when creating an estimate.
My estimate looks like an invoice rather an estimate. I can't edit my estimate like I can with documents, there also know way put a discount next to my price. Where is the summary or price location when creating documents.1 vote -
Manually Set Profit or Margin
Have the ability to manually add a profit number as well as the existing profit slider. Often we know we have a minimum profit amount needed.

Progress invoicing
We often bill jobs based on a percent of work completed OR based on certain items being completed. If we have a $12,000 job, we will bill a $4k deposit, a 4k progress invoice and $4k on final. Alternatively, we might have 20,000 Sq. Ft. of work to do but it's being completed in phases. So we might bill out 60% of the work as a progress invoice and bill the remaining work upon completion.
It would also be extremely beneficial to allow change orders to be added as a new "section" on the estimate and allow this to flow…

Customize Payment Terms
Payment Terms should pull from the main customer account in QBO and / or be customizable in JN. Should be able to set customer payment terms, tax rates, discount terms at the customer level and have it pull into the job account instead of having to set it on each invoice. Estimates should have a place for payment terms.

estimate templates
We need to be able to create estimate templates in SETTINGS and not at the job level. I just spent hours creating an estimate template and mistakenly clicked out of it before saving it as a template and now I have to redo the entire **** thing. So frustrating. Why is this at the job level and not the global level? Why can't we turn an estimate into a template? This seems like such a simple thing.
