Signatures on WORK ORDERS
Just like on estimates and documents, WORK ORDERS need to have a native way of adding signatures. We've had a number of subcontractors argue payments with us because they didn't sign for anything. If we send a work order to a sub to accept, we want them to sign for it as a means of accepting the scope of work and payment terms.

Attach Pictures And Documents to Estimates/Invoices
Not only should we be able attach Pictures AND Pdfs that are multiple pages, but also please make it to where they can be attached to the estimate or invoice as a whole vs. to a single line item. (Similar to "Add Item/ Add Section", but Add Attachment).
The way it is right now, our salesmen have to send the estimate and/or invoice then a Separate email that includes the pictures and documents needed for the homeowners to have Legible, Large Format documents to submit to their HOA or insurance company. Ability to Hide Documents or Photos That Are Not Relevant
Estimate & Invoice Example -- If we send out 3 estimates/invoices for one job and they only sign one, all estimates show in the documents tab without indication of which one is the signed version. Currently, the only way to determine the valid estimate or invoice is to go back to the financials tab and find the Fully Signed estimate number, then go back to the documents tab and match that to the number in the documents tab. Convert Photos to Documents
It would be nice if I could save photos as a document, or somehow get photos to show up on the documents tab, for example if I take a photo of each page of an insurance agreement, I want that to show up in documents.

Virtual photo release form
A simple photo release form we could send via Jobnumbus for a virtual signature. This would eliminate the need for printing off a paper copy and the hassle of getting sales reps to upload these documents to jobnimbus.

Notifications in Desktop Site
Our office staff who work in front of the computer all day want to see "Notifications" in the desktop site. This prevents them from picking up their phone getting distracted by the MILLION other notifications waiting for them on their phone:) Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, personal texts etc.

Improve picture Quality/Size
We are solar installers as well as roofers. We are a VERY big market that JN could capitalize on. The picture quality from the compression of JN makes many of the pictures illegible and therefore useless. In solar, we need pictures where small labels on breakers, wire etc. must be readable. Very frustrating to be required to go back to a job and tell your techs "NOT" to use JN for photos. We're forced to go back to using WhatsApp to move full-size picture files around.

The ability to organize company documents into subsections
We have so many company documents and every time we are looking for a specific document we have to scroll through and try to interpret the file name as to which document it is. It would be nice if we could save and moved these company documents into subfiles we can edit. For example I can have a subfile for state building codes, the various manufactures installation and technical bulletins such as CT, OC, GAF, Iko, Elk, Celotex Malarky and Atlas ect. Inside those subfiles we can apply others in forms either by file type like brochures, tech bulletins, installation…

PHONE NUMBER OF PRIMARY CONTACT IN JOB
Having to click on the primary contact just to see a phone number is problematic when people forget to go back to the job to add notes or documents believing they are still in the job.
It is also one extra step that needs to be done.

Deleting Document Templates
I would like the ability to delete a document template from a contact & have it also remove the attachment from the document tab, without having to manually delete from both areas.

Edit and Delete Capabilities for Administrators
I would like to delete a form or edit it, as I have experienced forms being created under the incorrect jobs, and there is no way to rectify this.
As an administrator, I should be to delete and/or edit EVERYTHING.
This is very frustrating.

Indicator on photo comment on mobile phone
Can I get an indicator(highlight or red dot like Apple notifications) on photo comments showing there is a comment for photo instead of having to click on each comment bubble to see if there is text to read.

Document esigned status
I'd like the ability to create a report showing wither or not a specific company document (contract agreement) has been sent to a contact, and then show the status, if the document has been sent, opened, or fully signed. If that doesn't work, some way to trigger an automation when a contact signs a company document.

List Android App in Amazon Marketplace for use on Windows11 Tablet
Windows 11 Can now run Android apps but they need to be listed on the Amazon market place.
I would LOVE to be able to run the Android app version on our windows tablets instead of using the web browser.

Attach Specific Document Types in email template
Because you are able to define each document type which is uploaded, I WOULD THINK that you can make an email template that attaches all documents labeled as user defined "Document Type" to an EMAIL TEMPLATE. IF you can add this feature it would make the process 100x easier.
ie If job status is set to follow up - send email template "follow up" Attach all documents with type as "follow-up documents"

Access all of documents photos related to the contact in a job
We have clients that will send us an email with photo attachments. the settings will allow the attachments to save to the photos or documents tabs related to the client, but not the job. Then we create the estimate in a job (because our clients tend to have multiple projects, unrelated to each other), but have to re-upload those exact same photos to the job to attach them to he estimates.
I'd like to be able to access any photo related to that client, within the job. But specifically with the estimates, as well.

Increase photo upload limit to 1000+
We often need to upload hundreds of photos from our job sites at once. Now, we need to do this in chunks, and it's extremely inefficient.

Automations Triggered by Forms
I'd like to be able to create an automation triggered by a form being completed. We would like to utilize the form function for our production manager to fill out daily or weekly progress forms for jobs and have them automatically emailed or have some kind of notification that they are completed.
