Ability to get rid of the Logo in the Top Right Corner
We want the ability to remove the logo from the top right corner as we already have it in the picture upload. As well as the ability to upload PDFs rather than just JPEGS.

Add photo container to templates
Creating custom templates in jobnimbus alone is a task especially when using the HTML function. I am just glad it exists. Leanring HTML as you go is another adventure. Anyway I am in the process in creating a 5 page template type form which will require photos and attachemnts a the end. It would be great if we had another HTML function similarly to the checkbox that adds a photo container to the template where the user can upload with certain parameters predetermines IE size and locaiton of upload on the page. Require Input on Contracts
When creating a contract, I want to require my Sales Reps to type something before they can send it to a customer. Like they have to type something there or it will not generate.

Adding Photos to Automations
I have figured out how to add photos to the automated texts & emails, but they show as a link. We need a way to insert the photos so they will show without the link JUST the photo.

Provide a photos section on my homescreen that allows me to scroll through ALL job photos
When on my home screen where I can see a jobs list and contacts list and tasks provide a section to see jobnimbus photos for ALL jobs that you can scroll through. like on the APP but more then the last 30 days.

Deleting Document Templates

Attach Links to Documents
Give us the option of "uploading" or attaching a link as a document. This would make it possible to easily link a Google Doc or similar to a Contact/Job.

Please do NOT GET RID OF LEGACY ESTIMATES AS AN OPTION! I use this for certain types of customers & insurance estimates I can attach pictures to each line to reference each line item. We CANNOT do this the same in Estimates. Estimates are used best for direct retail customers.

Customer Notes in Legacy Estimates & Notes in Estimates
When an estimate is used to create an invoice, it is really important to us for all "Customer Notes" (in Legacy)/"Notes" in Estimates to automatically transfer into the "Special Instructions" in the Invoice so that I can set an automation for once the estimate is signed to auto populate and send the invoice to the customer to request a 1/2 down deposit.

Print work order pdf shortcut option
Requesting ability to print pdf work orders via a shortcut option. Currently when a work order is saved on desktop version, you have to clear out the pop up so that you can then select the 3 dots, to download a pdf to then in turn hit print. A quick shortcut would be great.

The Client-Ready PDF Makeover
I’ve got another suggestion for the Form Builder, but this one is all about the design and layout of the PDFs we’re generating. Right now, the data is all there, but the presentation feels a bit "all over the place," and frankly, sometimes it’s a little embarrassing to send to a homeowner.
The Request: Can we get a cleaner, more standardized layout for Form PDFs? Specifically, we need the "Photo" sections to stop shifting or shrinking when we add more images.

When selecting a document to attach to an email add a column to display the internal note and description
When selecting a document to attach to an email, example, material orders, in the selection window, adding a column for internal notes or descriptions to allow quicker and better differentiation of said documents would save a ton of time.

Add only photos with notes to custom photo document.
Either a way to sort add or photos with notes to folder and then only use those photos in a custom photo document. Instead of scrolling through a hundred photos and trying to remember which ones have notes on them.

subcontractor access
I would like to onboard subcontractors and have everything filter to them in Jobnimbus through workorders, but currently there are issues with the restrictions / controls. As a company, we should be able to restrict what information a subcontractor can see...Right now, subcontractors can edit ALL FORMS if they are assigned a customer / work order. We do our inspections from "forms" and our job closeout (employees do this) using "forms"...it makes no sense for a subcontractor to be able to go in behind them and CHANGE A FORM?? Also, a subcontractor can change the status of a workorder...Our automations…

Relate payments and credit memos
When selecting the related option from the job level. The payments and credit memos will not show under the job. Only the invoice. It is also confusing when the related option is at the top of the page, as it seems like it's a filter for the entire page, not just the invoice section.
