Save Over Previous Photo When Drawing on a Photo
Whenever I put drawings on my photos and go to save the photo, it does not allow me to save it. It only allows me to save it as a copy. Why! So now when I go to mark up a photo I will have a blank copy and the copy I just marked up. Filling up my photos.

EDIT DOCUMENT TITLE
USERS (AT A CERTAIN PERMISSION SET) NEED TO BE ABLE TO EDIT DOCUMENT FILE NAMES. FOR EXAMPLE, A SALES REP UPLOADS A COPY OF A CHECK PAYMENT WITH THE WRONG INFO AND OUR BOOKKEEPER NEEDS TO AMEND THE FILE NAME WITH THE CORRECT CHECK NUMBER, AMOUNT, ETC.
I'M NOT REFERRING TO CHANGING CATEGORY OR ADDING NOTES ON THE DOCUMENT.

Ability to Archive Old Versions of Company Documents
It's inevitable that Company Documents need updating. Currently, it's not possible to delete or archive old versions of documents that have been used before so it can get confusing to our employees which are the current versions

Function/shortcut to main navigation for documents
Ability for an icon in the main navigation for documents - the shared document area. In the HOME CONTACTS CALENDAR line. Sort of like a bookmark tab in Chrome. Going through the regular search icon is onerous and mixed use, i.e., everything is listed, not organized by function, or anything, just alphabet.

Convert All Photos to a Single PDF
I would like to be able to create a PDF within JobNimbus of all photos attached to a job and then be able to email that PDF out. This would be preferable to downloading all photos into a zip file that I then have to email out.

EDIT FILE NAMES
We need the ability to edit file names. Often times, other departments are uploading documents and they need to be in certain format for processes later down the lifecycle. For example, we have a particular naming format for financials but also being able to add things like PO, job number, or even fix misspellings would be really helpful!

Edit documents if they haven't been signed yet
Often I will send off a document to be signed and it will need to be slightly corrected in some way and resent. If no one has signed it yet, I should be able to edit it and resend it for signatures. Instead, right now, I have to create a new document, make the change and then send it out for signatures again. This clutters up the documents because you also aren't able to cancel/delete a document that has been sent for signatures, even if it hasn't been signed.

Be able to “Duplicate” or “Copy” a Document
Please add a “copy” or “duplicate” function on the documents. We currently use our own templates for contracts. When we send a document for signature, it locks it and we can’t make any corrections to that or make a copy. We have to re-create the contract from scratch if we need to make any edits. This is for document that have NOT been signed yet.
Or let us void the document if it hasn’t been signed, and unlock the document so we can make edits.

Downloadable Forms
Can you make forms downloadable? We have some clients that require us to upload photos into their portal and they will only allow to upload one at a time. If we could upload our pictures/inspection form instead of individual photos this would save a ton of time. Thanks!

receipts
To have a receipts option under documents downloads that would give you a box to put the cost of the receipt in. This could auto total on the financial page. It would help keep track of job costs. This could theoretically integrate into a post job budget check.

Advanced Forms Options
Some more options with forms would be very nice. I'd like to be able to share a link to forms that I can send my contacts so they can fill the form out. I'd also like to be able to print or download forms, both empty ones and submitted ones. There should also be some option to edit or update a form once it's been filled out.

Editing Batch Photos
So I've noticed on some devices through the app, when I choose category "Photo" It will upload them as "Inspection Photos" which can be frustrating, when SumoQuote doesn't read unless it says "Photo". So when I got to reasign or edit the photos, I have to do it individually versus edit batch photos. How nice would it be to edit batch photos, and re-categorize them. Anyways, that would be awesome. Thank you.

Square calculator
Create a form or excel/google sheet file that can be added to a job to help calculate squares/materials when measurements were done by hand. Currently doing this in google sheets then having to add into to JN
