  1. EDIT FILE NAMES

    We need the ability to edit file names. Often times, other departments are uploading documents and they need to be in certain format for processes later down the lifecycle. For example, we have a particular naming format for financials but also being able to add things like PO, job number, or even fix misspellings would be really helpful!

  2. STATUS SORT FOR WORK ORDER

    IT WOULD BE AMAZING TO SORT STATUS (I.E. OPEN, CLOSED, ETC.) IN THE WORK ORDER SECTION OF THE WEB AND MOBILE APP.

  3. The ability to pin a note or email

    It is easy to lose track of important emails or notes regarding projects, so an ability to "pin" said note or email would be helpful.

  4. Draft vs sent status

    When an email is sent from the activity folder we are able to add additional comments to the email, and we really like doing this to have better communication with the customer. However, when sent from the activity folder the status isn't changed from draft to sent, it stays in draft. Then our office manager sees that we have a bunch of estimates that are only in draft status, when in reality they have been sent to a customer.

  5. Enable Deletion of Icons, Logos, and TXT files auto extracted from emails when we email them in

    It would be great if we can filter out or allow deletion of icons, logos, and txt files automatically extracted from emails. It consumes pages of photo space and you can't readily find what you need. I fully understand disallowing attachment deletion for recordkeeping sake, but is there a way to allow deletion of .png and .txt files only? Or maybe filter by file size and if they are under a certain size AND are .png or txt, allow deletion? It would make things cleaner and more organized if this was possible. Or if we could even send screenshots and…

  6. Edit documents if they haven't been signed yet

    Often I will send off a document to be signed and it will need to be slightly corrected in some way and resent. If no one has signed it yet, I should be able to edit it and resend it for signatures. Instead, right now, I have to create a new document, make the change and then send it out for signatures again. This clutters up the documents because you also aren't able to cancel/delete a document that has been sent for signatures, even if it hasn't been signed.

    When adding photos to work orders and other financial documents, automatically include the photo description from the photo section of the contact or job they are being uploaded from

  10. Ability to edit work order number to match job number

    When submitting a work order you should have the ability to make the work order ID number editable. It currently generates a number that could be correlated to a completely different customer/job with that same number. Why not make this editable to so that customer, job, and work order have the ability to all have the same ID number? Giving us the ability to make this change in the template would help associate the work order to that customer.

  11. Be able to “Duplicate” or “Copy” a Document

    Please add a “copy” or “duplicate” function on the documents. We currently use our own templates for contracts. When we send a document for signature, it locks it and we can’t make any corrections to that or make a copy. We have to re-create the contract from scratch if we need to make any edits. This is for document that have NOT been signed yet.

    Or let us void the document if it hasn’t been signed, and unlock the document so we can make edits.

  12. Downloadable Forms

    Can you make forms downloadable? We have some clients that require us to upload photos into their portal and they will only allow to upload one at a time. If we could upload our pictures/inspection form instead of individual photos this would save a ton of time. Thanks!

  13. receipts

    To have a receipts option under documents downloads that would give you a box to put the cost of the receipt in. This could auto total on the financial page. It would help keep track of job costs. This could theoretically integrate into a post job budget check.

  14. Select option for photos and documents

    At photo upload or document section, please add a small check box on the left side photo or document, so i can have an option to select all the box and delete all at one time only, no need to click delete one photo each time please.

  15. Advanced Forms Options

    Some more options with forms would be very nice. I'd like to be able to share a link to forms that I can send my contacts so they can fill the form out. I'd also like to be able to print or download forms, both empty ones and submitted ones. There should also be some option to edit or update a form once it's been filled out.

  17. form data integrates into job fields

    We would like it if data that is entered into forms can automatically prefill data in custom job fields that match. For example, we inspect our roofs after completion and score the crews with a 1-5 rating. At this time, someone needs to fill out the form then manually transfer the data into the job fields.

  18. Editing Batch Photos

    So I've noticed on some devices through the app, when I choose category "Photo" It will upload them as "Inspection Photos" which can be frustrating, when SumoQuote doesn't read unless it says "Photo". So when I got to reasign or edit the photos, I have to do it individually versus edit batch photos. How nice would it be to edit batch photos, and re-categorize them. Anyways, that would be awesome. Thank you.

  19. Square calculator

    Create a form or excel/google sheet file that can be added to a job to help calculate squares/materials when measurements were done by hand. Currently doing this in google sheets then having to add into to JN

  20. Separate Permission for Photos and Documents not together

    Under access profiles the permissions for "photos" and "documents" are the same. If these could be separated out that would be a huge help to us. We have many technicians that need the ability to upload and access photos into the app but do not need access to documents. Even though we can lock the technician out of estimates and invoices the documents category could have sensitive info in a lien waiver or other documents that a field/technician should not have access to.
