Separate Permission for Photos and Documents not together
Under access profiles the permissions for "photos" and "documents" are the same. If these could be separated out that would be a huge help to us. We have many technicians that need the ability to upload and access photos into the app but do not need access to documents. Even though we can lock the technician out of estimates and invoices the documents category could have sensitive info in a lien waiver or other documents that a field/technician should not have access to.

Ability to edit work order number to match job number
When submitting a work order you should have the ability to make the work order ID number editable. It currently generates a number that could be correlated to a completely different customer/job with that same number. Why not make this editable to so that customer, job, and work order have the ability to all have the same ID number? Giving us the ability to make this change in the template would help associate the work order to that customer.

PHONE NUMBER OF PRIMARY CONTACT IN JOB
Having to click on the primary contact just to see a phone number is problematic when people forget to go back to the job to add notes or documents believing they are still in the job.
It is also one extra step that needs to be done.

To have a receipts option under documents downloads that would give you a box to put the cost of the receipt in. This could auto total on the financial page. It would help keep track of job costs. This could theoretically integrate into a post job budget check.

Indicator on photo comment on mobile phone
Can I get an indicator(highlight or red dot like Apple notifications) on photo comments showing there is a comment for photo instead of having to click on each comment bubble to see if there is text to read.

Add form to Contact/Job from the web browser version of JobNimbus
We'd like to be able to add a form to a Contact/Job from the web browser version of JobNimbus so that the form already exists on the said Contact/Job before the sales rep goes onsite to fill it out.

Allow Table Editing In Reports
When we run a report, it would be great to be able to edit within the table. I understand some fields being locked, but for the most part, we should be able to click within a custom field to then update the data as it shows in the table vs having to open each job record and manually make the changes.

Signatures on WORK ORDERS
Just like on estimates and documents, WORK ORDERS need to have a native way of adding signatures. We've had a number of subcontractors argue payments with us because they didn't sign for anything. If we send a work order to a sub to accept, we want them to sign for it as a means of accepting the scope of work and payment terms.

Ability to delete or hide company documents that are associated with active records.
Right now you get an error if you try to delete a document if it's been used in an email. We should be able to delete or hide those if they are outdated.

I would like to be able to modify the time frame an estimate/document signature request is set to expire. I would like to make it longer than 48 hours

Virtual photo release form
A simple photo release form we could send via Jobnumbus for a virtual signature. This would eliminate the need for printing off a paper copy and the hassle of getting sales reps to upload these documents to jobnimbus.

Attach Specific Document Types in email template
Because you are able to define each document type which is uploaded, I WOULD THINK that you can make an email template that attaches all documents labeled as user defined "Document Type" to an EMAIL TEMPLATE. IF you can add this feature it would make the process 100x easier.
ie If job status is set to follow up - send email template "follow up" Attach all documents with type as "follow-up documents"

Notifications in Desktop Site
Our office staff who work in front of the computer all day want to see "Notifications" in the desktop site. This prevents them from picking up their phone getting distracted by the MILLION other notifications waiting for them on their phone:) Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, personal texts etc.

Deleting Document Templates
I would like the ability to delete a document template from a contact & have it also remove the attachment from the document tab, without having to manually delete from both areas.

Edit and Delete Capabilities for Administrators
I would like to delete a form or edit it, as I have experienced forms being created under the incorrect jobs, and there is no way to rectify this.
As an administrator, I should be to delete and/or edit EVERYTHING.
This is very frustrating.

Create a report from forms
I would like to be able to create a consolidated report from the information gathered on the form when we do a roof inspection. Maybe I would use it with my estimate or attach it to my work order.
