Formatting for Notes Text
Bold, Italic, Underline, color, etc.
It would be nice to be able to bold or change the color of text in notes to make them stand out

Agreed. As well as the ability to reduce font size for job titles so it doesn't cut off text. For example, by reducing text the title would show "Utility Inspection Complete" instead of the current size cutting it off to show "Utility Inspectio.."

HTML tags work on the web version but look crazy on mobile and will confuse our team. Having bright notes or descriptions would be so helpful.

I’ve greated automations where when a bot is created it sends me and email in which I can replay back. It allows me and sales to communicate on specific jobs and keep and activity log. Because if the way the automation is set up. The activity notes get lost in all the other automation parameter notes writtten in the field. Simple having the ability to set a specific color for activity notices will Help to follow these conversation chains

I'd like to be able to format text in the notes in a job. I've been putting checklists there and formatting would be helpful.

I really agree! It would be extra nice to have the same formatting shortcuts as Slack
