Create/Allow Custom Creation of Tabs Adjacent to Work Orders tab. (See Photo)
Devs/Forum Admin: In many different iterations, this issue has been raised by other users. I'd like to propose a solution to solve all the different feedback proposed in regards to this meta-issue. I'll link to similar feedback below. Please note this fix would solve a major problem JN has in opening up marketability to a specific class of roofing contractor. Insurance Restoration Contractors who perform 85%+ insurance work rather than retail typically opt for systems like JobProgress, Acculynx, & GiddyUp as you can get a sense for if you spend 5 minutes searching through FB groups such as Level The Playing Field. JN is vastly underwhelming in regards to it's ability to be built for this type of contractor, of which I am.
If you'll see the photo I've attached you can see how either programming similar tab headings in or allowing for the custom creation of tabs and corresponding page info would give business owners the ability to really build JN out to their needs. I'd opt for the latter, in allowing customization in these Tabs as it gives different business owners additional use cases for JN opening up your marketability. Additionally including a Map view next to the Primary Contact Fields would be a great move along with pegging Address to Google Maps real data to cut down on inaccuracies in data entry and cleanup address reports. Quite honestly, implementing what I've created in this image offers a solution to a multitude of various issues I've seen raised throughout these feedback forums.
