I would also like to see a dedicated "Next Step" button on the job page for both the website and the mobile app.

Right now, my sales reps have to click the status dropdown and scroll through a massive list just to move a job forward. On a mobile phone in the middle of a job site, this is a real pain. It is way too easy to "fat-finger" it and click the wrong status or skip an important step entirely.

For example, if a rep is at the "1st F/U" stage, they shouldn't have to hunt for "2nd F/U" in a big list. There should just be a button at the top that says "Move to 2nd F/U."

Having a "Next Step" button would act like a guide for the reps. It keeps them on the right path and ensures they aren't skipping steps they should be doing. It would make the mobile experience ten times faster and keep our data way cleaner since there is less room for human error. If we could even customize what that next step is based on our specific workflow, it would be a total game changer for us.
