Currently we enter both the husband and wifes name in the first name space. But have no way of telling which phone number goes to which spouse. It would be nice to be able to put their name by their number, like in Quickbooks. We also put additional emails in QB to be able to reference for later. We are a residential and commercial contractor, so alot of our customers have multiple job site, but one mailing address. It would be nice if the billing address is what is sent to QuickBooks as the primary address or the client of QB and then have JN's job location sent as QB's Shipping Address (bill with parent as QB would call it) would be more beneficial.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE add multible contact options in the 'Contacts".
And PLEASE add a contact info field in 'Jobs' as well.
We are a roofing company that does service work or rental companies, so each address (job) we service has a different contact, usually the tenant.

It would be nice if we could label or choose from a drop down list to identify what kind of phone number the client prefers to use then having a "fixed" description like it currently is to choose from for Main phone, Mobile phone, Work phone, Fax number.

Although we have Mobile, Work, Home etc labels for phone numbers it would be appreciated if we could custom name those fields as sometimes we are dealing with two homeowners and it makes it easier to see which one is being called.

The ability to go to settings and modify the default template for contact/job layout, specifically to edit the default contact fields (change mobile/work phone to his/her cell, etc) and drage/drop their order on the contact page would be great too

It would be very helpful to be able to have a client with multiple emails attached. For example, if I create a corporate contact, but I'm having multiple strings of emails with different members of a company that pertain to the same issue - it would be helpful to be able to forward those to job nimbus.

We need a place to enter a billing address for a company contact. I envision this would be the primary contact on a job and would be the address that syncs to quickbooks. (or this could be a setting to select which type of address to sync to quickbooks)

Maybe JN could add an additional address space on a contact that could be optional to check same as contact address and it would autofill.

Most of our customer contacts have different billing addresses than the job location and at least half are different than the customer contact location. So having a separate spot to enter the billing address that would sync to QBO would help address a lot of problems for us.

My idea was merged with another. But my idea was for JobNimbus account Members, not regular customer contacts. There is only 1 phone field for Members (Team). Please add at least one more. Thanks.

Contacts have up to 4 phone number fields but JobNimbus account members only get 1? Please add a field for a 2nd number and hopefully an additional field for a email to sms number that we can add when available. Thanks!

When looking at a job on the desktop version, you currently can't see the phone number or email address of the parent contact, and it would be nice to both see this info while in the job card, but also edit this information specific to the job, because sometimes, especially when working for a property management company, we have a parent contact/business that all the jobs/work orders are performed for and billed to, but we also have different managers we stay in contact with specific to each job, and it would be nice to be able to change this info for each job.

Also including the Accounts Payable Email address for clients to send it to QBO would be very helpful.

Currently, JN only has one spot for an email address for a contact; however companies often have multiple email address for different purposes. So having a spot to label different types of email address where one type would be Accounts Payable would be beneficial and help with the correct email address being forwarded to QBO.

We are a commercial contractor. When dealing with other companies as clients (instead of homeowners/people as clients), it would be beneficial to have the option to add the billing address to the primary contact of a job or a place to check off or mark (like how you mark which contact is primary in JN) which address is the billing address.

Billing addresses are not always the same as job site locations. We try to limit as much data re-entry as necessary. Having billing addresses on jobs will help a lot with creating templates as well.

We are new to Job Nimbus and LOVE IT so far. We are a home remodeler and roofing contractor.

I notice under contacts there is only room for one name & emai per record. Many of our customers are couples/partners and have two different names and addresses. I added custom fields for a 2nd name, cell and address. However, when I email through JobNimbus I often wish to email both individuals. When I select email I am only offered the opportunity to email the main email and don't see a way to email my second individual. So I end up going out of JobNimbus and creating another copy of the email. Not efficient at all! Thanks! Deb

We have several builders that we do many projects for, and several contacts at those companies to which we email bids, invoices, etc. Would be nice if we could choose who we send the emails to

This has definitely been reviewed, but we haven't been able to move on it yet since we've been working to get the mobile app completely up to speed, which is a blocker before we can start work on this.

We're getting closer and will announce more details as we get them.

Why isn't this being reviewed with 20 votes? This is a big necessity, especially multiple email fields. The way it is now requires us to create another contact just to add another email.
