We definitely understand the urgency here and apologize for the lost work and time. We’re looking into this, though we aren’t able to provide an estimate of when this would be available. We’ll keep you posted.

An error occurred while saving the comment Karmella Andreu commentedAnyway you guys can have your system autosave a document I'm working on such as an estimate & invoice. I had a couple accidents where my phone or laptop either died, crash or I got distracted doing something else in the middle of me creating a estimate and I lose all my information!! its a lot of work having to restart and pick through so many line items. I still have to learn how to save estimate and invoice templates so I can reuse them. It would be great if you guys could update the estimates and invoice system to allow the user more freedom to do more and customize it easier by the job and change customers. If you do update the estimate and invoice maybe also create an easier way to search through the line items or be able to select multiple line items. Or at least be able to import my excell estimates.

An error occurred while saving the comment Karmella Andreu commentedI have so many estimate, invoices and line items I wish I could upload but its really time consuming and a lot of work to have to upload to quickbooks first. Their system is a little different and difficult to upload services.

Good news! We are planning to improve this functionality in an upcoming release. Phone numbers (and other contact information) from the related Contacts will be displayed prominently on the Job view screen. This will mean you no longer have to click into the Contact from the Job to find the phone number or email address.
We expect this update to release in the next 30 days.

We encourage our guys to work at least 5 hours a day, our previous software used to have the ability for our employees to clock in and out and it would gps track their location. It would be amazing if we can get this featured added!! Right now we cant keep track if our guys are working or at home 😭😟
