Would this be for providing emphasis on certain products/services, or certain aspects of products/services? Do you have examples that you could share with us, or specific cases where this would be useful?

An error occurred while saving the comment Timothy Gilliam commentedYour software should let users enter their own data in a text field next to the phone numbers on Contacts. We should be able to enter and change it to such things as 'his', 'hers', 'his c', 'her c', 'his work', 'her w', 'home', 'owner', 'renter'. Communication - simple recorded communication - is very helpful.

Tasks is a great way to mitigate this situation, but we know that having a lightweight checklist would be a lot more convenient for something like this. It’s on our list!
An error occurred while saving the comment Timothy Gilliam commentedI have a long checklist that I want our sales staff to use to be sure they did not skip anything for each lead. This is used for Sales Management too. You already allow templates to be custom made. It should be simple to make a new category called something like Custom Checklists. All that is necessary is to allow custom labels and fields.

Please change the font to 12 instead of an apparent 10 so more people can easily read it after it is printed.
