Great idea! Thank you for your suggestion.
The “Description” field on Contacts and Jobs is sometimes used as a “permanent note” that always stays at the top, but your idea will be great to have alongside that to make notes more dynamic and useful.

Also, the search isn't returning existing customers often. So after searching by last name and full name and even by address, we create a new customer...only to have it automatically put a (1) after the new customer, because there IS an existing customer that it just wouldn't pull up. (same spellings, etc) Super frustrating.
