A simple example would be a shingle color field that would only display the shingle colors basedupon the selected manufacturer. For example, if Atlas shingles are selected, only Atlas shingle colors would be displayed.
A bigger example would be that i have a lot of custom fields specific for roofing, but if i have a non roofing job, those fields could just disappear, cleaning up a lot!

temp fix you can make a checkbox called Stop Emails and edit the automations to include an additional condition Stop Emails = false
