As a workaround, I like to add the street address numbers to the end of the display name.
So, if Ric Flair lives at 4 Horseman Ln, and another Ric Flair lives at 16 Times Champions Cir, I could have:
Flair, Ric 4
and
Flair, Ric 16
Obviously, this is all hypothetical, because there can only ever be one Ric Flair.
