Sales tax Rate selection in JobNimbus integrate with QuickBooks
Currently when you create an invoice in JobNimbus, you select a tax rate for each line item. In QuickBooks Online however, the sales tax rate is applied on the entire invoice and, by default, is "Based on Location", which you can manually change to custom sales tax rates. Since Sales tax rate are synced between JobNimbus and QuickBooks Online, and you have to manually select the sales tax you want when creating invoices in JobNimbus, it would be nice if there was a way to tell QuickBooks you want to use a specific sales tax on the invoice when it…

Identify Property When Ordering Eagleview
When placing an order for an Eagleview inside JobNimbus, it would be super helpful to have the satellite image so we can identify (aka...put a pin over a house) the property. Since identifying the house inside JobNimbus is not possible right now, this has caused delays in receiving our measurement reports. After we place the order in JobNimbus, we have to wait to see if Eagleview finds the property, if they don't, we have to go into the Eagleview app and identify the property. Quickbooks Online- Categories, Classes, and DO NOT REPLACE PRODUCTS & SERVICES
Presently, we are experiencing a HUGE issue with the way that the sync with Quickbooks Online operates.
We created a completely new structure for pricing over the last few months as we have been trying to set up JobNimbus. In doing so, we created an entirely new selection of products and services in JobNimbus that we previously had in Quickbooks.

Prequalify Icon For Sunlight Financial

Show payment matrix
We should be able to show payments on estimates. Kind of like when you go buy a car. Show a break down of the payments available. People buy cars based on the payment. They will absolutely purchase upgrades and higher ticketed items, if they can see the payment. You can set it up so the contractor can input their financing terms in the back end, and it will do the math to show the payment. Game changer here.
