I need to be able to place orders into Will Call with Beacon through the Job Nimbus integration.
I need to be able to place orders in Will Call with Beacon from Job Nimbus. Currently that is not an option for me in Job Nimbus. THis can be done in Beacon Pro Plus but not through job nimbus. I also don;t have the option to send an order in for pick up. My options are for delivery only on Job Nimbus.

ACH Payment sync with QuickBooks Online
ACH payments processed in QuickBooks Online will NOT sync with JobNimbus because JN doesn't have an "ACH" option in Pay Methods. The error is "QuickBooks Payment method is not linked in JobNimbus."
Credit card payments sync just fine (from QBO). The headache this is causing is enormous!
With all of the payment methods already listed, how difficult could it be to add one more? If there is a work around for this, I would love to hear it. Manually posting the payment in JN only works if it pays the invoice off in full, otherwise the payment posted in JN…9 votes -
Integration ith CamScan
I would like to see JobNimbus integrate with CamScan. The integration will allow us to scan documents, auto save them as PDF's and auto upload them into the Contact's Documents tab.

Tax problem in QB - Shipping address in invoice set up
JB doesn't bring over shipping address so that QB can calculate the correct sales tax. If the shipping address was populated in the QB sync then sales tax will work correctly. Right now the tax calculation in JB is being overridden with incorrect sales tax calculated in QB and when it syncs back with JB we have incorrect sales tax reported and overpayments from the customers because the sales tax is reduced in JB.

Grouped taxes for Quickbooks
Quickbooks is now separating taxes by city and state, however, you can only select one or the other within JobNimbus when creating an invoice, which is a major problem. The only current workaround is creating a special "grouped" tax rate within Quickbooks. The problem with that is that it is not segregating the taxes within Quickbooks, and makes accounting more difficult.

When importing information from CompanyCam, there is a string of irrelevant text. The bold lettering should be mapped to the description in CompanyCam.

Save email address and auto-populate when adding 'send to'
Along with overhaul on emailing system, email address should be saved and ability to auto-populate when adding in 'send to' no matter the relation to the job. Also, not having to click the address once typed would be extremely helpful as it will disappear if not clicked.

Quickbooks Payments: Accounts
There is no space to assign a deposit account for payments made when logging payments in JobNimbus.
This throws off Quickbooks reports. When the reports are ran it shows all payments logged through JobNimbus as being "undeposited funds".

Ability to sync invoices and payments to Quickbooks without syncing Products
With acculynx I was able to sync financials to QB without syncing products. You were able to assign your QB cost codes to each line item on the invoice, that way all those line items did not have to be pushed in. We have over 900 products in JN and syncing these to QB would cause a lot of clutter.
