Syncing issue with Quickbooks Online (QBO) when books are closed
Don't allow changes to be made to invoices and payments on Jobnimbus when the books for those items are closed in QBO. As it stands, I can change an invoice on JN but it won't sync to QBO if the books involving that invoice are closed. If you try to make changes to a reconciled invoice in QBO, an error message pops up. The same needs to happen in Jobnimbus.

Can you add a Zapier command that looks up job by address?
Currently, jobs on Zapier can only be looked up by JobID or email. If it could be searched by job address, it would allow us to upload measurement attachments from our Gmail (emailed to us after ordering) and then uploaded automatically to the correct file based on the property address.

Supplier Integration: Lowe's
Lowe's is becoming or primary source for materials, and it would be great to be able to continue utilizing JobNimbus' Material Orders feature directly with Lowe's instead of having to externally order materials.

We are able to select multiple images on the app, why not on the desktop?

Show how many photos we have on desktop view
Small but might help. It would be nice to have a counter telling us how many pictures are on each job. We have this feature on the mobile app (but the counter caps at 1,000 pictures) so why not on the desktop?

Ability to Add Notes to Payments
It would be amazing if we were able to add notes to each logged payment. More than just a Reference #. For example, we keep track of who received the payment, where it was deposited, who it was deposited by, the check's associated bank, etc. It would be nice to have a spot to add these extra details in the payment log screen.

Integrate Stripe
JobNimbus should integrate Stripe as a payment processing option within the finance settings. Many of our clients would greatly benefit from the ease and familiarity Stripe offers for online payments. Incorporating Stripe would streamline their payment collection process and improve overall customer satisfaction. We believe this addition would be a valuable enhancement to JobNimbus.

Sync documents from CompanyCam to JobNimbus
It would be helpful for record keeping if the integration with CompanyCam could be updated to also sync the documents stored in a CompanyCam project to the job in JobNimbus.

Zoho Books Direct Integration
We just switched from Quickbooks online. It is such an awful platform. I know everyone is using it because they probably got hooked into the service years ago when it was actually the best when it was desktop version. If they knew about Zoho and how nicely it works they would probably switch in a second. Nimbus should partner with zoho to make a clean direct integration.

Auto merging duplicate files
When files duplicate 2-3 times it becomes confusing and things get missed. It would be extremely helpful if nimbus can auto merge duplicate file.

ReMarkable Tablet
I use reMarkable (https://remarkable.com/) everyday, with every customer or vendor to take notes, sketch out options, and to take measurements for windows and doors. It is a wonderful tool that I have been using for years. I do drop files using Google Drive, manually into job documents.... but I would LOVE to see an integration between reMarkable and JB. Please do not hesitate to reach out and I can show you examples on how I use it.

Bring Back Auto-Download to Job
Please bring back auto downloads for Eagleview reports. We have an increase in human error b/c now we have to manually upload the reports to the corresponding job.
