Time Zones for Multiple Locations
We really need to have the option for our Office Manager to schedule tasks for multiple locations, in different timezones, from a single login. It currently bases the time off of her profile's time zone. The only solution right now is to create a secondary login for her with the other time zone set; this defeats our benefit of using the Locations feature vs having an unnecessary, second account.

Product & Services- When hiding a product, have it not referenced at all when saving new product with similar name.
Have the hidden P&S not be referenced at all.

Product & Services- Move product name to top of list upon search.
. Be able to type P&S name and have that name move to the top of the list. Example, if he has several names with kitchen in it, he wants be able to type kitchen faucet and have that P&S move to the top in the P&S to locate it easier if he needs to update it.

Automation Trigger to Change Job Field
I would really love to be able to change custom fields with automation.
I want to be able to capture the date certain things happen and store them as a custom job field that can be used in reports. Capture the date a job first enters a status. Capture a date the job first gets a Material Order written. Capture a date the job gets an invoice paid in full.
Sold Date is a custom field on my jobs that must manually be entered to be able to be seen in Job Reports. My team sometimes forget.

Automation Based on Built-In Job/Contact Fields
The automation system would more powerful if there was the ability to use the Built-In fields as conditions. We can use custom fields, why not the built-in fields? I think this change would be easy to implement as well.
"Is Archived" is an obvious built in field needed, but there are many other useful ones. I have to set up not equal status conditions to all my archive statuses if I want automation to only run on active jobs.

View only access profile option
Add an option to create a view only access profile. Users that are assigned to this profile would be able to view the contacts/jobs assigned to them (limited access) but they wouldn't be able to edit the contact, change the status, add notes, documents, or photos. Simply just view the information on the record.

Get a prompt before automated email is sent
We've shut off all automated emails to customers because it's never a one size fits all for us. So, we'd end up looking dumb backtracking and saying that email wasn't meant for you.
If we could set up an automation where a prompt said "Ready to send XYZ, should Jobnimbus send?" You could click Yes or No.
As a workaround, we've set up reminder tasks for ourselves to send certain emails at certain statuses so we can decide if it's appropriate for the customer or not.

Automatic Job Creation or Warning Pop-Up
With some users utilizing the Job Module, I would like to see the ability to either, have a Feature that you can turn on or off that allows Automatic Job Creation, the ability to create an Automation that allows a Job to be Added when a Contact is Created, Modified, or Created or Modified, or, a Warning Pop up that a Job is being created without a Related Contact. I see it working one of three ways, as follows:
If Automatic Job Creation is turned "On" it would automatically create a new job the way a job is added today…

Time-Based Automation for Estimates
We send out/hand deliver estimates all the time. We would like to be able to automate time-based automation for them based on whether they have been accepted or declined. Right now JN does not allow us to automate based on the Status of the estimate, which seems so simple. For example, automate a task to check in with your customer 3 days after the estimate was delivered. And maybe another one 10 days later.

In my company we don't need to see any info from users who have been made inactive and would like to not see them come up in reporting.

Products and Services Updates Needed
Three things would make products and services more useful
Vendor specific pricing (ie: I buy OC shingles from ABC at one price and Beacon at a different price) I'd prefer to not add the same product multiple times for different vendors
Ability to bulk update pricing and products, purchase prices change very often (ie a CSV or Excel downloadable and uploadable file)
Sub categories for products (shingle colors, boot sizes, etc)

It would be beneficial to have the ability to create an automation based on when a team member is tagged in a note on a contact/job record.

Ability To Rearrange Location Order
It would be beneficial if we could rearrange the order that our locations are listed. Much the same way you can rearrange statuses by dragging & dropping.
