Automation option to allow a Job to be created when a customer is created
Since we have enabled the "job option", it would nice to create a Job automatically when we create a customer. This would be done via an automation rule. Currently the option only allows creation of a Task.
I have to manually enter in the phone number for every job task.
I think it would be extremely efficient if the contact information was transferred to the job when one is created directly from the contact.
Information such as the email and phone number are not connected but the address and name automatically are seen as soon as a job is created.
Please Help with this
